NOT APPEAR R3 add-on IN PARENT SITE Wednesday, May 23, 2012 9:35 AM (permalink)

Hello
 I have one secondary site.In this, i have installed KB and R3 ( In Programs and Features is OK) and in the parent site appear: R2 installed not R3

I  have installed R3 20 hours ago.

Help??

    Are you using a remote sccm console or are using the console on the server? If using a remote console you will need to also upgrade it as well.

      Im using the console on the server
      In Secondary Site registry : (Is ok not??)
      In Registry Appear:
      R2
      In Display Name : Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R3
      R3

        How is the comunication Between Primary Site with Secondary Site to recolect R3 status??? Ports..??? UNC???

          I have had that issue before and I had to uninstall KB977384 patch, uninstall R3, wait for replication to primary, re-install KB977384 with elevated privileges, re-install R3 with elevated privileges, verify replication and correct version in console on primary.
          MCTS : ConfigMgr 2012, SCCM 2007, SQL 2008
          MCSA: Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012
