SCCM 2012 BITS Requirement

I wonder how everying is handeling the new BITS mess in SCCM 2012 as it no longer installs with the clients but still required by it, forcing a BITS rollout for clients\servers as part of the initial client deployment Or.

I pushed it out along with .net 4.0 a while back, through our old wsus server.

I suspect the reason for pulling out the BITS component from the Auto-Prerequisite installation has something to do with the needed reboot, but the end result is somewhat strange, been needed to roll out company wide components for a client
