PXE DP issues

I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out my issue.  I got it nailed down to when I try to push boot images to the DP when I have the check box saying to allow PXE.  It gets stuck as "In Progress" as it's content status.  When PXE isn't selected, it gets added to the DP fine. I have tried removing and readding the PXE option on DP as well as WDS role. I gave everyone permission to the shared folder the boot images are thinking it was a permissions error, but it's not. Here is the error I get in the distmgr.log

Have you tried taking the original boot wim file and create a new boot image? To me, it looks  like that the image is either corrupted, path is not correct or no proper access to the source. I´ve also seen this error message when the network itself was pretty slow, sometimes Ping answers up to 40ms to a distribution point. It seems to be a difference whether to deploy an application or a package to a DP, according to this error message. As far as I know, when checking the PXE box, this will create a folder below the smspkgx$ folder. Otherwise, it´ll end up in the SCCMContentLib folder. Check your Ping responses to the DP.
