Hi there, I try to push a captured image back to the same machine that has been totally wiped and I get an error 1340 Error trying to build the ACL.  Can someone please advise as this is the only copy of this machine I have and I need it recovered

    Define "captured image".

Have tried restoring using a WinPE boot disk and imagex; i.e., manually?

Yes, this is where the message occurs.  So I also try to mount the image to remove the files it is crapping out on and it gives me the same error.  I purchased WinMount to try to solve the same issue but that will not allow me to save the changes back to the wim file.
