Have you check you MP to confirm it is working correctly?
Have you looked at the IIS log to confirm that your PC are talk to the MP?
What error do you have you your site server?

This SCCM environment managing store vice(we have number of stores all over the country)
                    Ex:ST000010(10.60.10.0),ST000020(10.60.20.0),ST000030(10.60.30.0)
then we creating IP subnet boundary accordingly

                    E.g Client
                    ST000010GSC01(10.60.10.71)
                    IP Subnet Boundary
                    Network:10.60.10.0
                    SM:255.255.255.0
                    SubnetID:10.60.10.0

(In one store exists 12 or 16 devices with two 2008server and other all XP)

Now I’m confused why did you say that you have a subnet mask 255.255.255.192 above but in your last post you say that in your last post 255.255.255.0.

If the PC’s subnet mask don’t match exactly the boundaries IP subnet, they will not become clients. This is exactly one of the reasons why most senior consultants even recommend IP Subnets. Instead we recommend IP Ranges.

I am sorry it should be 255.255.255.192, sorry for confusion.
my problem is all server 2008 clients are working fine why the xp clients only not working.

This is important that this be clear and  it is still unclear to me what your boundaries and IP/subnet are for you clients.

Here is my example of what your store site look like:
XP Client 10.60.10.71 , 255.255.255.192, Therefore you IP Subnet is 192.60.10.64
                          Windows 2008 Server 10.60.10.10 , 255.255.255.192 , Therefore you IP Subnet is 192.60.10.0
Subnet Boundary is: 10.60.10.0, 255.255.255.0, Therefore you IP Subnet is 192.60.10.0

                          Is my example correct?

I also bit confuse with IP, subnet mask and Subnet
                            any way
                            Windows 2008 Server 10.60.10.71 , 255.255.255.192 , IP Subnet is 192.60.10.64
                            XP Client 10.60.10.81 , 255.255.255.192, IP Subnet is 192.60.10.64

and we are creating two IP Subnet boundaries for one stores
Subnet Boundary is: 10.60.10.0, 255.255.255.192, IP Subnet is 192.60.10.0 and
                            10.60.10.64, 255.255.255.192, IP Subnet is 192.60.10.64

Why would have you have 2 Subnets boundaries? This doesn't make sense. It also doesn't make sense to use the 255.255.255.192 subnet mask when each site has it own class C range.

Pick one of your sites and change the IP Subnet to IP Ranges. Does you problem go away?

yeah I have tried that too, but no luck. i can assure this is not the boundary issue since this all before working fine, from recent its going wrong.

Why do you say that it is not a boundary issue? How exactly did you setup the IP range?
You also say it is not an MP issue. What else can it be?  firewall or DNS or AV or ???

IP Range 10.60.10.1-10.60.10.254, concern with firewall or MS security updates  (for XP), or else connectivity issue with SQL and MP,so do we have any log for check port firewall blocking or connectivity issue
