 Unable to Download the Package on the client machines

we pushed the SEP client package (size of the package is 350 MB)on all the client machines via SCCM 2007. The package is successfully updated on the distribution points, but it is not getting downloaded on the client machines. while checking the CAS log file it shows the following error message:-
