I have always created and override to a printer file if I wanted it to be saved after it was printed.  I was asked this, is there any way to set up a printer, writer, output queue or device so that it will always saves the spoolfile.  I think that it can only be done with an OVRPRTF am I correct.

It can also be done at compile time for the PRTF.

      You could also issue a:
      CHGPRTF FILE(*ALL/*ALL) SAVE(*YES)
to change all of the print files on your system.
