User cannot view OSD Homepage Summarization status

Hi Wonder if you guys know what permission is required for users to click on the OSD node and see those quick advertisement status on the summarization page. As a full admin (server and SCCM) I can view those ok but other non-admin users cannot. It is blank for them. I granted them permissions in both Web Reports and SRS reports and those users are able to access those reports fine. Thanks
