SSL not configured properly on IIS??

I didn't have this problem the first time I installed SCCM, but I had to scrap it and start over (thanks bmason05 for your help!).  However, on reinstallation, the management point is not installing on my sole primary site.  This is not something I recall having to mess with on first install.
 
The error is;

Message ID: 4964
Process ID: 780
Component: SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER
 
Site Component Manager failed to install this component, because Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is not configured properly on the Internet Information Server.
Possible cause: No Server Certificate is attached to the designated Web Site.
Solution: Refer to ConfigMgr Documentation regarding how to create and attach a proper Server Certificate to the desginated Web Site.
