Memory Report Free/Used Slots SCCM 2012

Has anyone figured out how to report on memory slots in SCCM 2012? In SCCM 2007 you could extend the hardware inventory to report on free/used DIMM slots. I have noticed that GS_PHYSICAL_MEMORY is already part of inventory in 2012, but there's no GS_PHYSICAL_MEMORY_ARRAY that I can see. And even if there were I am struggling to get my head around SQL reporting services to report on it properly! Has anyone already looked at this for 2012, and if so do they mind sharing what they did? Thanks.

I haven't tried, but did you try to click Add and browse to the class you're looking for?

Yes... PHYSICAL_MEMORY is there, but PHYSICAL_MEMORY_ARRAY isn't and I think I may need a class from there too. I am trying to use forum posts for the 2007 solution without much luck. I can't seem to figure it out.

OK I have extended the hardware inventory by adding MOF for Physical Memory Array. Devices are now reporting this information into the database. ? What I am really struggling with now is getting the information displayed correctly in SRS. As a newbie to SRS this is taking a long time to get my head around. I can't seem to figure out how to display counts of total slots available and total slots in use for a specific computer. I'm using Sherry's SCCM 2007 SQL query as a template. ?????

http://myitforum.com/cs2/...ventory-extension.aspx I use report builder 3.0 for srs reports, so that is how I would recreate those three queries, one input, and three dataset queries, but each one uses @computername (for example) If you use something else for creating your reports, I may not be able to help you....

Yes yes yes! Thank you!! I couldn't get my head around that at all. This was the first attempt at using SRS Report Builder and I didn't get it at all at first! Followed your advice and now it's displaying perfectly. Thank you again!
