I need to transfer an existing terminal server onto different hardware.
The catch: i need the server to be identical to the existing one.
So i need to be able to just unplug the existing server and plug in the new one in its place.
It needs to be unperceivable to the new users when they next log on.
Caveat: Roaming profiles are not an option.

It would appear i have made a slight omission here.
I need to re-install the operating system, but all of the user settings need to be copied accross for things like outlook the desktop, the browser etc. so its almost an exact copy but not.
