Open the Workbench and Naviagate to Distribution share > Applications > Right Click > NEW
The New Application Wizard opens - Select Application with Source Files
Fill in the Details for your new application
Enter the path to the Package Files.
Enter a Name for your new Application
Enter the Command Line options - I am using ccmsetup.exe SMSSITECODE=AUTO - Johan suggests ccmsetup.exe /useronly SMSSITECODE=AUTO
