Go to Deploy > Database > and Right click on Computers and select NEW..
Enter in the Description and the UUID - note that if using a Dell the asset tag is on the shipping box and invoice so it is not even necessary to open the box to stage a computer. And if you can get an electronic invoice you could automate this entire process.
Enter in what you want the new computer to be named. YOu should also fill in the OSDNewMachineName if you are using ZTI.

You can configure any other options you want to be assigned to the new computer that has this specific asset tag or uUID.
Now we need to go and configure the LAB (or any other) Deployment point to actually query the DB using the UUID or asset tag.
Since we are specifically wanting to set the ComputerName in this example check the box to query for computer-specific settings. If you specified a role or any other options you will need to select that check box also.
Deselect all of the location query options unless you are using them.
