Once you have the workbench and core files installed it is time to import your core operating system files.
This is extremely simple. The quickest option is to copy the entire CD contents to a directory on your Workbench machine and then use the "Move Files" option.
Open the workbench and navigate to Distribution Share > Operating Systems
Right Click on Operating Systems and Select NEW

The New OS Wizard starts - Select Full Set of Source Files

Browse to the location of the source files. Using the Move files option is MUCH faster

The name you choose here will also be the name of the directory it creates in %:\Distribution\

Thats all there is to it!
The next two images shows the other Operating Systems being imported.
- IF you import an invalid OS or Image the workbench will no longer open. If this happens just delete the problematic directory
- You cannot import WIM Images from SMS unless you created them after installing the OSD FP Update

Here is the Workbench anfter importing Windows XP SP2, Server 2003 SP1, and Vista MSDN
