From Steve: This is a picture of the actual Clapper that April & Sandra awarded me at the myitforum award ceremony. It was given after I suggested that Chuck Young needed one; after reading one of Chuck Young's posts about an SMS service pack upgrade, he completed the process by saying CLAP Hands, we're done!! It led to a lengthy and humorous post.
