If you used BDD 2.5 you know is was a big chore obtaining and preparing all of the drivers for the various operating systems in your environment. Most of us either added a GIG worth of drivers to the image or we created Models directories and custome user exit scripts to copy down the correct driver depending on Model and inject the paths into Sysprep.inf prior to mini-setup running. Although this was laborious it did work well.
BDD 2007 handles this entire process for you though. It is a super simple process. probably the easiest part of BDD.
Navigate to Distribution Share > Out-Of-Box Drivers
Right Click and Select NEW
Browse to a Directory Containing Drivers. It will do a recursive search and find all of the Drivers in all subdirectories.
It does need to find the inf file though, so if the Drivers are packed you will need to unpack (unzip) them first
