This is the step we have been prepping for - Updating WindowsPE in the SMS OSD FP with the updated PE we built using PE 2005 and the Windows Server SP1 files.
From your SMS Server navigate to your ZTI$ Share and copy the .iso file over to your SMS Server
If you cannot mount an iso file on your SMs Server then you will want to mount it on your deployment workbench and copy the contents over to your SMS Server
However you do it you need to make sure your PE source files are local to the SMS server. It will skip some files if you try to update it over the network

In the SMS console navigate to Image Packages > Right Click All Tasks > Update Windows PE.
The Update PE Wizard Opens.
Enter the path to the ISO COntents.
PE begins to update.
The Windows PE Update completes successfully.
